How To Order
You can order online, by phone or fax or regular mail.
To pay with a credit card or PayPal simply add your desired items to your shopping cart. When you're ready to check out, click the "View Cart" button. You will specify your personalization during the checkout process.

Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express through PayPal (No PayPal account needed!) as well as certified, personal and business checks, money orders and PayPal. (All currency in U.S.D. and drawn on U.S. banks.) We also accept World Of Wonder Children's Murals Gift Certificates. Checks and money orders payable to C. Schmid should be mailed to:

If Paying By Check
Please note that we cannot start creating your mural or issue a Gift Certificate until your check arrives and clears your bank. Please take this into account when placing orders that need to be delivered quickly. Paying by check delays the turn around time on your order by as much as 3 weeks. Orders paid by certified check or money order will be processed upon receipt of the payment. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.

Shipping
We ship our creations UPS or FedEx Ground. Regardless of the number of murals purchased, shipping is a flat rate of $12 per order for anywhere in the U.S. except for Alaska and Hawaii which is a flat $16. Overseas and Canadian orders are $24. (Non-commercial customers only - different rates apply for dealers.)

Delivery Time
Each mural is carefully hand-painted by Colleen at the time you place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for completion and up to 5 business days for shipping for a total delivery time of about 2 weeks. For holiday delivery or gifts or occasions, rush shipping is available, but rushing the completion of the mural is not possible. Please allow ample time for your creation and shipping, especially during the holidays due to heavy volume with us and delays at all major shippers. A gift notice can be sent temporarily in place of the mural or perhaps a Gift Certificate would be more appropriate in a rushed scenario.

Gift Certificates, Cards & Notices
When our murals are purchased as a gift for another party, we are more than happy to deliver your purchase to another address. We can include a gift card with a personal message from the sender or you may supply your own to us for inclusion with the shipment. There is no charge for this service.

Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be issued for a specific gift or a dollar amount. We will send a gift certificate on your behalf via e-mail or US Mail, your choice. Gift certificates are great for shower gifts when the baby's name or gender has not been determined, or you just want the recipient to have the complete choice. Our gift certificates are valid for one year.

Sales Tax
Florida Addresses Only � State sales tax of 7% is collected for each order placed by a Florida resident or shipped to an address within Florida.

Personalization
All murals can be personalized with the child's name, birth date or phrase for a charge of $15. Space is limited to 20 characters on Wall Hangings & 15 on Growth Charts. You will have the opportunity to specify your personalization during the checkout process.

Our Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is absolutely 100% guaranteed! (As of March 2011, we have yet to have a single Wall Hanging or Growth Chart returned!) Colleen is a professional muralist and has been creating beautiful art for children for over 13 years. You can purchase your mural with complete confidence and completely free of any risk! *Please note-colors may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of web-viewing.

If you are not satisfied with your mural for any reason, you may return it within 2 weeks of receipt for a prompt, full, no-explanation-required refund as explained below. Any promotional bonuses that you may have received are yours to keep in any event. (*Please Note: As is standard in the art industry, personalized or customized art is not returnable for refund.)

Order Cancellations
If you place an order and wish to cancel, the cancellation must be received within 24 hours (one business day) and your payment will not be processed. There is no charge for a cancellation within 24 hours.

Returns
Colleen stands behind the murals she carefully creates and 100% satisfaction is guaranteed as explained in the Guarantee section above. In the event of your desire to return an item for a prompt, full refund (less shipping charge), it must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt, in it's original packaging and in new condition.

We do not require you to contact us prior to return but item being returned must be received by World Of Wonder Children's Murals within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery to your address (your receipt) or shipment will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We suggest customers send returns via insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage. World Of Wonder Children's Murals cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. **Personalized items are not returnable.

Damaged Goods
All World Of Wonder Children's Murals pieces are original creations and we take great care in packaging them to ensure safe delivery to your home. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. All of our shipments are insured and covered for loss or damage.

We use different carriers depending on the time of year and your delivery address. If package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify FedEx, UPS or Post Office immediately, who will inspect the package and return it to us at no expense to you. Please notify us prior to returning any freight damaged merchandise.
